These Terms of Service govern your use of Growbook and the CabinCompanion website.
Using Growbook
Growbook is a recordkeeping and organization tool for home gardeners and growers. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with local laws and regulations that apply to you.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the terms provided by Apple and the App Store.
Acceptable use
You may not use Growbook to violate the law, interfere with the service, attempt to access data you do not own, or misuse CabinCompanion support systems.
Community content
Growbook lets you post content other people can see, such as variety reviews and your username. You are responsible for what you post. You may not post content that harasses, threatens, or demeans others; hate speech; sexual content; spam or advertising; or content promoting activity that is illegal where you or your readers live.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report a review or a user from the review's menu in the app, block users so you no longer see their content, or email [email protected]. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms, and remove users who post it from Growbook.
No guarantees
Growbook is provided for tracking and organization. CabinCompanion does not guarantee crop outcomes, legal compliance, or uninterrupted service availability.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of Growbook after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
